Prepare the Package
Securely pack the records in their original specialized mailers to ensure they are protected from warping or breakage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement record within 3-5 business days.
